Merry Christmas!

Here's the food and note we left for Santa and his reindeer.

Jorgiana and Madison with all their gifts from us and my parents. I know it's hard to tell what they are so I will get more individual ones and put them on later. Oh, and Miles was napping by this time so I couldn't a picture of him with his gifts.

Madison's new haircut

It really isn't much different other than shorter, it is a little bit more framed into her face and much more managable.

New Doo

Don't you just love this bathroom wallpaper?

Oh, and how about this bathroom wallpaper?
Fun picture after the hair got washed off.
It is now an A-frame bob, for Jorgi-Bob:-)

SHE'S BA-ACK!

You know when there is a storm coming, the animals always know and they all go silent. It's called the calm before the storm. Well, that was what was happening with Jorgiana. Remember, there wasn't much to tell b/c she was relatively calm? Well, that was the calm, and here is the FIRST HALF of the storm:

this is underneath a few layers of hair,
how she missed the top layer is beyond me

She was using the bathroom, and she was in there a lot longer than normal, so Tyler goes in there and sees what she had done and screams like a girl, "What are you doing?"
Jorgiana: "Cutting my hair."
Tyler: (again in the screaming girls voice), "Why are you cutting your hair?"
Jorgiana: "Because I want it to be like Tristen and Katies" (Tristen has short hair but Katie does not-Tristen is Tyler's youngest sister).
So we called and emergency FHE with Tylers family, because his mom has been a beautician for, gosh, longer than I have been alive, I guess. So they came and had dinner and fixed Jorgi's hair. We also, trimmed Madison's too since she wanted to wear it down to school. I told her that it had to be shorter because I didn't want her crying every morning I tried to brush it out while it was long and then have to do that every morning. So she agreed to get it cut shorter so she could wear it down to school. I will post those and the new fandangled hair cut of Jorgi's soon.

Kind of what we dealt with:-)

Are you in LOVE?

Saturday night, Tyler and I were getting ready to go to his work Christmas party and Madison asked us where we were going. I told her that dad and I had a meeting to go to for work (if I would have told her it was a party, she would have begged to come). She said very confidently, "You are going out with dad because you are in love, (enphasis on the word love). Are you in love everyday mom?" I replied, "Crazy as that seems, yes, we love each other. And we love you everyday too." Her reply was a simple, "Ok." And off she went.

I know, I know

I know it has been over a week, or two since my last post. But nothing serious has really happened. I have been organizing my house because I don't like it how it is, especially in the holidays. I like it clean and crisp for Christmas. It makes me feel like I have accomplished something, and I guess it is accomplishing something by keeping it clean and nice with three kids, well, add the husband and it's four kids.
So that is why I haven't been blogging, not much to blog about. Jorgiana has been relatively calm, so not much else to say, other than, have a very Merry Christmas, and for all of you in a White Winter Wonderland, enjoy the snow for me:-)
