Tyler wanted me to post this of Miles. This was on one of the mornings while everyone was helping with breakfast, so no one was free to hold him and he was tired of being in the play thing. He was talking, trying to convince his dad to get him out. Too cute.

It should be mandatory to have a pool here
The rest are of Miles, he is such a cutie pie and loved being in the water. He is almost 5 month now. We love the rolly-polly arms and legs.

Our Voyage to the North
Madison is literally the CENTER of attention.
Keeping Miles entertained too.

Check out the semi we passed along the way. We were still in Nevada, as you can see by the desert landscape.
This video is of the girls at Joy's house in UT, where we stayed the night to make the trip easier to travel in two days instead of one. She has a theater room downstairs, and the girls took advantage of it, the FORCE WAS WITH THEM:-)

Day One in Bridger National Forest, Star Valley, Wyoming
Yes, they were this dirty every day.
This is a creek (or a crIck) as the Wyoming peeps pronounjce it) that runs next to Greys River, which is glacier fed, so it was FREEEEZING. Jorigana is not a cold water person, so she would not go in by herself, so here is aunt Kris helping her out to dangle her feet it.
The cold water never fazes Madison.
The older grandkids that were there:L-R, Brody & Stevey (Darin's), Spencer (Kris'), Brenton (Joy's), Drew (Kris') and Madison
Check out Jorgiana's hands and toes they are pointing up because she hates being cold.
James, Kristina, Me and Joy.
Madison with her sunglasses riding Spencer's bike, what she loved doing.
Jorgiana is in James & Jennie's stroller becuase the two granddaughters younger than her both brought their dolls and toy strollers, so she didn't have one to play with, so Jennie let her use their real stroller and this is Tyler pushing her while racing the kids on bikes and on foot.

Day Two

Madison loved riding this 4 wheeler of James' because you (the parents) can control the speed of it and if they get into any trouble, it has a kill switch that the parent can activate remotly. She did really well for the first time.

Day Three

Mom bought the kids bug collecting kits. It was the best thing. They were occupied hours on end, showing us their new prize possessions. This is Jorgi with her tweezers picking up ants.

Jorgi is under that dirt somewhere:-)

The Adventure Home

Like the carburator (I think) on top?
Jorgiana and her hair. Each day up there I would do their hair, then put sunblock in the parts so they wouldn't get sunburned, then the dirt added to it would like make a paste. For the trip home I just put it in a ponytail, but she took it out and kinda messed with it while watching her movie and it stayed, hilarious.
We really wanted to make it home (12-14 hours) in one day and we could have made it, but this is what destroyed that hope. Only the LARGEST WILDFIRE in the state of Utah's history!!! Burning right next to I-15, it kept jumping back and forth across the freeway, so they had to close it down for ummm, I don't know, 5 or 6 hours. That kinda put a damper in our plans.
We are on the exit ramp going on a 2.5 hour detour, although pretty mountains, not really what we were in the mood for.
Pretty mountains along I-70 going to another highway (US 89) that leads us south again.
This is the picture of it as we make our way back to I-15 and are now about 20 min south of the fire. The red is part of the actural flames glowing in the clouds with what is left of the sunset.
